We celebrated with a oatmeal and peanut butter chew and a trip to the dog park :)
She has turned out to be a fantastic dog, she is sweet, playful, listens 90% of the time and loves everybody - cats, dogs and humans alike. We cant wait to enjoy many more years with her.
We also finally figured out her one quirk! After being used to Bailey who has many quirks including hatred of static electricity, preference for only 100% cotton fabrics, love of ALL food and refusing to have a wet paw, it was odd to have Penelope who just goes with the flow. However we finally figured it out! At bedtime she hates to have the overhead light on and will hid her head from it.
